There's time to act and time to think. Listen to everything that surrounds you. It's very helpful to clear your mind. Empty your head. Less to have, more to be.

Recharging batteries is a pleasant and stresless activity. That is necessary, by the way. Go on vacation or take a day-off. Just don't get lost in this endless routine, which we get used to.

That's the reason why we come here every week. This time we took Synflood with ourselves. A routine doctor from Berlin has lots of medication in his bag.

Until there's no dubplate, it's not too late.
